1. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or the website.

• A non-refundable advance payment may be required to confirm bookings, especially for bridal or outstation services.

• Any changes to the appointment time or date must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Service Policy

• RK Mehandi Studio offers Bridal Mehendi, Festival Mehendi, Portrait Mehndi, and other Henna Art services.

• We use skin-friendly, natural henna. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions. Please inform us of any skin sensitivities before your appointment.

• On-location or home service appointments outside Jaipur may incur travel charges.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All service charges will be communicated before the appointment.

• Final pricing may vary based on design complexity, number of people, and travel requirements.

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfer. Full payment is due on the day of the appointment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Advance payments are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

• In the rare event of a cancellation from our end, your booking will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

5. Intellectual Property

• All images, designs, and content displayed on our website or social media are the property of RK Mehandi Studio.

• Reproduction, duplication, or unauthorized use of our work is strictly prohibited without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

RK Mehandi Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or website.
